AOC-in-C Western Air Command visits Pathankot station

Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief Western Air Command Air Marshal SS Soman today visited Air Force Station at Pathankot and interacted with air warriors there.

Accompanied by his wife Rashmi Soman, the Air Marshal was received by Air Commodore Ashok Shiragannavar, a Defence spokesman said, adding that this was his first visit to Pathankot after taking charge of the Western Air Command.

Rashmi Soman visited various welfare ventures where she addressed Sanginis, members of Air Force Wives Welfare Association, he said.

They will visit Air Force Station at Dalhousie in Himachal Pradesh tomorrow, he added.
