Andhra Pradesh government today said it will soon bring out a white paper on the ongoing irrigation projects in the state.
"A white paper on all the ongoing irrigation projects in the state would be released very soon. The TDP government is committed to complete all the ongoing irrigation projects within in stipulated time," Andhra Pradesh Irrigation Minister Devineni Uma Maheswara Rao told mediapersons at Mylavaram near here.
The minister said he has decided to visit the irrigation projects in the state to inspect and assess their progress.
Besides the Pulichintala and Polavaram projects, those in Rayalaseema would also be inspected, he said.
He said that water release for Krishna delta for this season will be decided after assessing the water level in Nagarjunasagar, Srisailam, Jurala and Almatti reservoirs.
