Armed Forces Tribunal commences functioning in Jammu

Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench, has started functioning in the winter capital of Jammu and Kashmir with posting of Justice Bansi Lal Bhat as its Judicial Member.

The cases listed before the bench is being taken up for hearing at Military Station, Sunjwan Jammu, an official spokesman said.

As such, interested parties have been asked to appear on due dates, the spokesman said.
