Scotland Yard armed officers moved into London Bridge area here after reports of a van hitting pedestrians.
Several people are believed to be injured in what is feared to be a terror attack that took place last evening.
"We are dealing with an incident on #LondonBridge, when we have more information we will update," Metropolitan Police said on Twitter.
