Arms smuggler arrested in Bihar

An arms smuggler was arrested from a house here under Town police station of Nawada district, the police said today.

Acting on a tip-off, a police team raided the house and arrested Amit Kumar and seized 3.15 bore 55 cartridges from him.

The smuggler used to purchase arms and ammunition from Lakhisarai and sell them to criminals in Nawada, the police said.
