Armstrong Changsan appointed as next Ambassador of India toIceland
Senior diplomat Armstrong Changsan has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to Iceland, the Ministry of External Affairs said today.
Changsan, a 1997 batch Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer,is presently the Consul General at the Indian consulate at Osaka-Kobe in Japan.
He is expected to take up the assignment shortly, the statement added.
