Arrangements are on to celebrate the 130th foundation day of the Congress here tomorrow.
Puducherry PCC President A V Subramanian today said a special meeting would be held on the premises of the party office and office bearers of the PCC and the party's different wings would address the workers.
The Congress, which is the main opposition now in the 30-member Assembly, has a strength of seven members.
The present Chief Minister and founder of the ruling AINRC N.Rangasamy was with the Congress till he quit the party in 2011 to float his outfit which dislodged the Congress from power in the 2011 Assembly polls and formed the government with the support of an Independent from the outside.
