Hinduja Group flagship Ashok Leyland today reported a 14.19 per cent increase in total sales at 11,981 units in July.
The company had sold 10,492 units in the same month last year.
Sales of medium and heavy commercial vehicles grew by 10.32 per cent to 9,026 units as against 8,182 in the year-ago month, the company said in a statement.
Light commercial vehicle sales rose 27.92 per cent to 2,955 units compared to 2,310 in July last year, it added.
