Roads developer Ashoka Buildcon today said it has fully acquired Ashoka Path Nirman Ltd.
"Ashoka Buildcon Ltd has informed... Regarding acquisition of 100 per cent share capital of Ashoka Path Nirman (Nasik) Private Ltd," the company said in a filing to BSE.
"Ashoka Buildcon Ltd has acquired 10,000 shares of Rs 10 each fully paid of Ashoka Path Nirman Ltd."
By virtue of this acquisition of shares, Ashoka Path Nirman (Nasik) Pvt Ltd has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, it added.
Highway developer Ashoka Buildcon has a portfolio of over 28 public-private partnership projects.
The company, which is present across nine states, is also active in power transmission and distribution sector with various power projects in Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Tamil Nadu and Bihar.
