Autumn Reeser files for divorce

'The OC' star Autumn Reeser has filed for divorce from her writer/director husband Jesse Warren.

The actress married Warren in 2009, but the couple separated last month, reported TMZ online.

Reeser has now filed divorce documents to terminate their union, citing irreconcilable differences.

Reeser is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their sons Finneus, three, and Dashiell, 11 months.

The actress is not seeking spousal support.
