Credit solutions firm Avendus Finance and Avendus Structured Credit Fund have invested Rs 63 crore as structured debt in marketing services firm Ad2Pro Media Solutions.
The fund will be utilised to buy back the stake from existing investor VenturEast, a domestic venture capital fund, the company said in a release.
Avendus Finance, the primary lender for this transaction, is an arm of investment banking firm Avendus Capital, and offers customised structured credit solutions and mezzanine capital to high-quality mid-market firms in its chosen industry segments.

Leading stock exchange BSE will conduct mock trading sessions for its equity, equity derivatives and currency derivative segments on Saturday to test software used in trading and risk management.
"Trading members shall ensure that all user-IDs approved for algorithmic trading, irrespective of the algorithm having undergone change or not, shall participate in mock trading session," the exchange said in a circular today.
It also said trading members using third-party trading platforms can also use the mock session to test their respective trading application for various functionalities including exceptional market conditions, various types of call auction sessions, risk-reduction mode, trading halt and block deals. ******************************* Amazon.
