B.Tech student from Gurgaon drowns at Bhagsu falls

A 23-year-old B.Tech student from Gurgaon today drowned in a waterfall near Mecleodganj in Dharamsala, police said.

The student, Kartik, reached Dharamsala last night with his two friends and checked in a hotel at Mecleodganj.

The trio went to Bhagsu fall this morning and while swimming Kartik drowned, ASP Mohit Chawla said.

The body was later recovered, he added.
