Bag with army uniforms found on J-K highway

Army uniforms were found in a bag on Jammu-Pathankot highway in Samba district today, prompting police to investigate.

"3-4 army uniforms were found in a bag on the highway in Samba belt this morning. We have started a probe into it," a senior police officer of the district said.

He, however, said no search operations have been conducted in this regard.

The uniforms were recovered near a culvert on the highway, triggering fear among locals that they might have been left behind by militants.
