Bar Association poll: Work affected at Ghaziabad courts

Among the important cases that could not be taken up were Nithari killings, Aarushi-Hemraj murder and the multi-crore NRHM scam.

Incidentally, all these three high profile cases were to be heard in the CBI special court of judge S Lal.

Hearing in all these cases have been posted to January 15.

Chairman of Bar Association, Bhartendu Sharma said work will remain affected tomorrow too.
