Barley slips on reduced offtake by consuming industries

Barring barley, other grains held steady at the wholesale grains market today in thin trade.
Barley prices fell due to reduced offtake by consuming industries.
Traders said easing demand from consuming industries against adequate stocks position mainly led to decline in barley prices.
