The industrial metals rose at the LME amidst indication of monetary easing in near future by the US Federal Reserve.
Nickel dropped by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 1,075 from Tuesday's closing level of Rs 1,080 and copper scrap heavy fell by Rs 4 per kg to Rs 474 from Rs 478.
Copper sheet cutting slipped by Rs 3 per kg to Rs 462 from Rs 465.
Copper cable scrap, copper utensils scrap and copper wire bar moved down by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs 483, Rs 443 and Rs 511.
Copper armature, brass utensils scrap, brass sheet cutting, aluminium utensils scrap and lead all softened by Re 1 per kg to Rs 469, Rs 317, Rs 326, Rs 113 and Rs 121, respectively.
