'Baywatch' release date shifted

Paramount Pictures has pushed the release date of Dwayne Johnson-Priyanka Chopra starrer action-comedy "Baywatch" by a week.
The movie, which was earlier slated to arrive in theatres on May 19, will now release on May 26, the start of the Memorial Day holiday weekend.
Johnson, Zac Efron-led ensemble comedy will now go against "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales and Life", a science-fiction film starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Ryan Reynolds, reported Variety.

Director Seth Gordon is directing the movie reboot of the 1990s television series "Baywatch".
Other cast includes, Alexandra Daddario, Kelly Rohrbach, Ilfenesh Hadera, Jon Bass, Priyanka, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson.
