Ben Stiller to direct 'The Current War'?

Actor Ben Stiller is said to be in talks to direct an upcoming drama 'The Current War'.

The 'Night at the Museum' star is reportedly in discussion with mini-major film studio The Weinstein Company to direct the movie, reported Deadline.

The fact-based drama tells about how electricity titans Thomas Edison and George Westinghouse competed to create a sustainable system and market it to the American people.

The film will be produced by Film Rites' Steve Zaillian and Garrett Basch and Timur Bekmambetov.
