Delhi BJP leader Vijay Jolly led the protest which began at Sangam Vihar and ended at the Delhi Electricity Regularity Commission office in Malviya Nagar which saw them walking for nearly 15 kms.
"It is unfortunate that Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit has repeatedly justified the inflated power bills by stating that the income of the Delhi citizens has also gone up side by side," Jolly said.
