BJP condemns attack on party worker

BJP today condemned the attack on Aswin, the party leader here and his father Malaimegam.

They were attacked last night.

BJP national general secretary Muralihara Rao alleged that "islamic terrorists forces are behind the attack and they are getting funds from some countries and organisations".

He said yesterday's attack was not the first incident and the police were not taking effective steps to nab the culprits.

He also said they would gather public opinion against the government for remaining silent on attacks on BJP.
