BJP protests against crime in UP

Members of Samajik Nyay Morcha of BJP today staged a demonstration in front of Uttar Pradesh Assembly against "increasing" crime, especially against women.

The activists also submitted a memorandum addressed to the Governor, BJP spokesman Vijay Bahadur Pathak said.

Criticising the policies of the state government, they alleged that SP workers were also involved in "hooliganism", he said.

In the memorandum, the outfit demanded security for the people of the state.

Samajik Nyay Morcha is the social justice wing of BJP.
