BJP worker shot dead by nephew

A BJP leader was shot dead by his nephew in Babaganj village in Rupaideeha area here over a monetary dispute, the police said today.

Virendra Mishra, a booth level office bearer of the ruling BJP was shot yesterday night by his nephew Pravesh Kumar, Superintendent of Police Sabharaj said.

He said the accused has been arrested.

The incident was described as a fallout of a monetary dispute between them.
