Bobbi and Hunter to get 'Agents of SHIELD' spin-off

A spin-off from "Agents of SHIELD" starring Bobbi Morse and Lance Hunter is going ahead.

"Marvel's Most Wanted" - starring Adrianne Palicki and Nick Blood - was thought to be in development last pilot season, and would have been a straight spin-off starring both characters.

But now a pilot understood to be a completely "new take" on the pair has been picked up by Marvel and ABC, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

It's currently unclear whether the series will debut as a backdoor pilot within the upcoming third season of "Agents of SHIELD".

Helming the show are SHIELD executive producer Jeffrey Bell and series writer Paul Zbyszewski.
