Bodies of missing boy, girl recovered from Ganga in UP

The bodies of a teenage boy and a girl, missing since three days, were recovered from Ganga river here, police said today.

The bodies of Ram Chandra (15) and Rina Kumari (16), belonging to Macha village under Bhawarkol police station area, were recovered by fishermen yesterday, a police spokesman said.

Police believe that the two might have been in a relationship.

They were missing from home from three days and their bodies were found to be tied together with a 'dupatta', he said.

They are also looking into other aspects as well. The bodies have been sent for post-mortem examination, he said.
