Body of 35-year-old man found hanging from tree

The body of a 35-year-old man was found hanging from a tree in Gautam Palli area today, police said.

The body was recovered this afternoon from Gautampalli, an area close to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav's residence, they said.

No further details are known about the deceased, police said, adding that it might be a case of suicide.

Efforts are on to identify the victim, they added.
