Body of toddler found in graveyard

The body of a one-and-a-half year old child was found in a graveyard in Chhaprauli area here, police said today.

The body of Arshad, who was missing since August 9, was found lying in a graveyard at Silna village in Chhaprauli area yesterday, Circle officer, Sudhir Kumar Tyagi said.

The family has alleged that one Naresh and three others of the nearby village abducted and killed the child, he said.

The body has been sent for postmortem, police said, adding that Naresh has been detained for interrogation.
