Boys killed in lightening

Two boys were charred to death and four others injured after being struck by lightning at Meenakshipettai near Kurinjipadi in this district today.

Police said the deceased Arunkumar and Shiva were playing with their friends when lightening struck them.

The Injured had been admitted to hospital.
