Bridegroom among five killed in car-bus collision

A 21-year-old bridegroom was among five persons killed in a collision involving a bus and a car carrying a marriage party on Kurukshetra-Pehowa road today, police said.

Two others were also injured in the acccident, they said.

Among the dead included the bridegroom, a five-year-old girl, a woman and two other men, police said, adding that the injured had been hospitalised.

The accident occurred near Lohar Majra village in this district in the morning when the car collided with the Haryana Roadways bus, they said.
