He will hold talks with External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid on November 8.
Both sides would discuss bilateral, regional and international issues of mutual interest, an MEA statement said.
India and the United Kingdom enjoy a strategic partnership since 2004 which has been marked by regular high- level exchanges and growing cooperation in diverse areas.
Bilateral relations go beyond trade and commerce with increasing focus on cooperation in the fields of Science and Technology, education, space and defence technology, civil nuclear cooperation, counter terrorism and green energy initiatives, the statement said.
