BSF head constable shoots himself in Punjab

A BSF head constable allegedly committed suicide by shooting himself with his 9 mm service rifle, police said today.
Head Constable Shamsuddin Khan (46), a resident of Mittarpur village in Bardhaman district of West Bengal, took the extreme step last night, they said.
Khan belonged to 105 battalion and was deputed at Border outpost Telu Mal.
