BSF maintaining tight vigilance along IB in Jammu frontier:IG

BSF is maintaining strict vigil along the border and troops are alert to foil any cross-border designs, a senior officer today said.

Tight vigil is being maintained along the border and troops are alert, Inspector General, BSF, Jammu Frontier S S Tomar told reporters here during a function this evening.

BSF is giving a befitting reply to the enemy-- people residing along the International Border (IB) are living in peace as borders are calm, he said.

Tomar said security is tight and hi-tech gadgets have been put in place to track movement of infiltrators from across the IB.
