C N Annadurai's foster son dies

Gowthaman, one of the adopted sons of DMK Founder and former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C N Annadurai, died here following a brief illness, sources said.

The 67 year-old Gowthaman was suffering from a brain ailment and was under treatment for the last two months. He died on the wee hours today at his residence here, they said.

Gowthaman is survived a daughter.

DMK Leaders including M K Stalin and T R Baalu expressed condolences to the bereaved family members.
