Cabinet approves draft white paper on state's finances

The Kerala Cabinet today approved a draft white paper on the state's financial situation.

The draft paper, which includes recommendations to overcome the financial crisis, will be placed before the assembly during the current session, a government release said.

Pinarayi Vijayan-led LDF government had earlier decided to bring out the White Paper which is likely to be placed in the assembly before its first budget scheduled on July 8.
