Cartridges seized from CPI(M) local committee secy's house

38 cartridges were seized from the house of CPI(M) Monidaha local committee secretary in West Midnapore district today, police said.

Acting on a tip-off, police raided the house of Jugal Tung at Goaldaha village and seized the cartridges from the cowshed in the house, they said.

Tung was absconding after the seizure of the cartridges, they said adding a search has been launched to arrest him.
