Case against man for posting objectionable photo of Modi

A case has been registered against a man for circualating an objectionable photo of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on a messaging app, police said.

An FIR has been lodged by a BJP activist, SHO D K Tiwari said, adding that the case has been registered under various sections of IPC.

The man had posted an objectionable photo of Modi on a whatsappgroup, Tiwari said, adding that investigations into the matter is going on.
