An FIR was today lodged against two persons for kidnapping a minor Dalit girl at Kotwali police station, police said here.
The girl's mother alleged that on January 16 her 16-year-old daughter was kidnapped by Shakeel and Pappu Ghosi when the victim was going to coaching, it said.
The victim's mother alleged that when she asked the accused to free her daughter they threatened her of dire consequences, police said.
On the basis of the complaint, a case has been lodged for kidnapping, issuing life threat and under Dalit Act against the duo, it said.
