Unidentified persons today broke open an SBI ATM and decamped with cash, police said.
The incident took place at Nakkaladime in Madanapalli, about 120 kms from here.
The buglers broke open the ATM using gas cutters and burgled about 20 lakh, police said.
The burglary is suspected to have taken place in the wee hours of today and came to light only this afternoon.
About Rs 24 lakh was kept in the ATM chest yesterday, they said.
