Central govt approves research, cancer care facility in Raj

The central government has approved a proposal for setting up a research center and a cancer care center in Jhalawar and Bikaner district of Rajashthan.

Chief Minister Vasundhra Raje announced that the central government would provide an assistance of Rs 200 to set up the facilities and the state government will contribute an equal amount.

The research centre in Jhalawar will be beneficial for the entire Kota division and also for patients from neighboring state of Madhya Pradesh, a statement by the government said.
