Central Railway undertook various passenger-friendly activities and interacted with commuters during a special fortnight-long drive.
"Rail Passenger and Customer Facilitation Fortnight," observed from May 26 to June 9, has been a big success, a CR release said today.
During the fortnight, CR's Divisional Railway Managers (DRMs) interacted on board the mail/express/passenger trains to understand their problems and get feedback from them.
Punctuality inspections, health and yoga camps, safety drives and quiz programmes were also organised during the period, the release added.
