Charas worth Rs 1 crore seized, 2 held
A joint team of the Special Task Force (STF) and the narcotics department have arrested two alleged drug peddlers and seized charas worth over Rs 1 crore from Fatehganj area in Bareilly, police said today.
The police arrested the two men from Lucknow-Delhi highway near Fatehganj Paschimi toll plaza yesterday and seized 75kg charas worth more than Rs 1 crore from them, they said.
The team was questioning the two men.
