Chaturvedi to look after CPC's implementation cell for 3 more

Senior IAS officer R K Chaturvedi will look after the seventh Central pay commission's implementation cell for three more months--till late January next year.

He is holding additional charge of the post, after being appointed as chairman of Central Board of Secondary Education, in July this year.

The competent authority has approved assignment of additional charge to Chaturvedi of Joint Secretary, implementation cell, for a period of three months, with effect from October 25, 2016, an order issued today by Department of Personnel and Training said.

Chaturvedi, a 1987 batch IAS officer of Madhya Pradesh cadre, was in December appointed as the Joint Secretary of the cell.
