Police today continued its hunt for the miscreants who had attacked a patrolling team near Biralsi village in the district.

Two policemen were seriously injured after some unidentified miscreants, whose car was intercepted and being checked, opened fire on a police team near Biralsi village under Charthawal police station in the district yesterday.

No arrests have been made in case and a search for the miscreants is on in the nearby areas, police said.
