Singer Chris Brown has reportedly put his Hollywood mansion on sale as he wants to move to Malibu.

The 24-year-old star's USD 1.5 million Hollywood Hills mansion is on the market as he is eyeing a house in a gated community in Malibu, reported TMZ.

"Chris wrote an offer on a house in Malibu in an exclusive, gated community where a bunch of other high-profile celebrities live," a source said.

The singer is reportedly leaving his stunning Hollywood home after other residents complained about putting graffiti on the walls of his house.
