Class 12 student killed by shooting stone

An 18-year-old student died today after he was hit by a shooting stone in Ukheral tehsil of this district, police said.

He said that Zaheer Ahmed, a class 12 student and a resident of Senabati village, died when he was hit by the shooting stone on the Senabati-Ukheral road this evening.

The youth was on his way home from Banihal when the stone hit him, he said.
