Class XII student booked for abduction

A Class XII student has been booked for allegedly abducting a 16-year-old girl, police said today.

A case has been registered against the boy on the complaint of the girl's father, they said.

The father lodged the complaint yesterday after he came to know that the boy, who was his daughter's classmate, was also missing from his house

The girl went missing on January 17.
