It was a clear, dry morning in the national capital today with the minimum temperature settling at 16.5 degrees Celsius, five notches above the season's average.
The temperature was on the higher side due to an approaching western disturbance and reduction in cold north westerly winds, a weather official said.
Humidity was 43 per cent at 8.30 AM and the maximum temperature is likely to be around 31 degrees Celsius.
Yesterday, the minimum temperature was recorded at 14.6 degrees while the maximum settled at 29.4 degrees Celsius, both three notches above normal.
