Tamil Nadu Chief Minister K Palaniswami today chaired a meeting of his cabinet colleagues and senior AIADMK leaders to discuss "party activities."
Palaniswami, also Headquarters Secretary of AIADMK (Amma) chaired the meeting at the party headquarters here, an AIADMK release said.
The meeting, attended by senior ministers K A Sengottaiyan and P Thangamani, among others, discussed "party activities," it said without divulging details.
The meeting, however, comes amidst the continuing stalemate in the proposed talks to merge the two factions of the AIADMK, led by Palaniswami on one side and his predecessor O Panneerselvam on the other.
