Cold wave conditions prevail in Raj, Mt Abu at freezing point

Cold wave conditions continued to prevail in parts of Rajasthan as the mercury touched freezing point at Mount Abu.

In the plains, Dabok remained the coldest place with a minimum of 4 deg C followed by Churu and Sriganganagar where the minimum night temperatures were 4.4 and 5.4 deg C respectively, according to the Met department here.

Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Ajmer, and Barmer recorded minimum of 5.8, 6.4, 6.5, 7 and 8.5 deg C respectively.
