Cong candidate Samphel files nomination for Ladakh seat

Congress candidate from Ladakh Parliamentary Constituency, Tsering Samphel today filed his nominations.

Samphel, a former Congress MLA, was flanked by Urban Development Minister Nawang Rigzin Jora while filing his nomination in the office of Returning Officer at Leh.

Ladakh is going for polls on May 7.
