Cong MLA's representative booked for objectionable post on FB

The representative of a Congress MLA has been booked for allegedly posting objectionable material on the Facebook page of a BJP leader, police said here today.

An FIR has been registered against Khurshid Anwar, local representative of Congress MLA Nadeem Javed, last night for posting objectionable content on the Facebook page of the local BJP leader, they said.

A complaint was filed by the BJP leader following which the case was lodged on the orders of Superintendent of Police, Atul Saxena.

The accused would be arrested soon, police added.
